M83's Top 10 of 2008

I saw M83 again on Thanksgiving and it was a really amazing show. It was really cool to hear the 80's rock and shoegaze of their new album, "Saturdays=Youth", which everybody should get because it's really amazing. Here's Anthony Gonzalez's top albums of the year. It's a great list, but I hope he's kidding about James Blunt.

1. Chairlift, Does You Inspire You (Kanine Records)
2. MGMT, Oracular Spectacular (Columbia)
3. Fleet Foxes, Fleet Foxes (Sub Pop)
4. Vampire Weekend, Vampire Weekend (XL Records)
5. Hercules and Love Affair, self-titled (DFA Records)
